How hard is setup? How long does initial setup take?   Once your order is processed you will receive a master username/password and customer specific web address that you will use to login and enter your specific sites (site names, addresses, phone number, etc.), IT Staff account specifics (usernames and passwords), and a general requests password. At that time your setup is ready for use. Initial setup time for a smaller district (1-3 sites with 1-5 IT Staff) is estimated to take about 20 minutes.
